hope everyone is having fun on this holiday. We took out are sandrail yesterday and went to the river and had a picnic lunch and kept our feet in the water. Lots of boats out. It was overcast part of the day so we didn't get sun burned. it was windy earlier this morning but that is gone so maybe we will take out the sandrail again. Its a lot of fun. Linda

    Ain't retirement great!!!!!!! What river do you go to - Colorado ???? Do you ride the sandrail directly from your house to river or do you have to trailer it?

    ya the Colorado river and yes we ride the sandrail directly from our house as it isn't far but we cross hwy 95 and you aren't suppose to do that. although once you cross the hwy. you are ok. we had stopped at a porta pott by the river and a cop wanted to see license and insurance but asked how we got the sandrail over there and Sam told him we drove it over and he didn't say anything but be careful and have fun.
