Hi, I was looking at either the 1900 Federal Census for Tenessee or the 1910 Fed Census for St. Louis, Mo. and found Rodney Van and parents but there was also listed an unknown brother who was 4 year older than Rodney Van. His name was listed as "Harley V." and his relationship to head of house was "son". Any idea who this person is??? I've never seen him on any other family info....just gets curiouser and curiouser!!!
